Help, How Do I Change Icon In Tray To

I want to change the icon in OB from the aquairc icon to the one that is just a black oval with a tail (looks like the iChat symbol from OSX) ?

I noticed alot of people have it on their OB picks, but I dont have the icons for it for object bar or know how to switch it.

if u are using Trillian Pro i have a .exe replacement made by someone that changes all the tray icons based on status - its very cool and i've been using for months
