[HELP] Locking Window Sizes

I was wondering if there was a program that locked the position and size of a window.

I like to have all of my windows resized on my desktop, leaving a boarder, like this image:

Sometimes when i close the windows, then re-open them they are not the same size or in the same position.

Have you tryed WindowFX form stardock.... that should do the trick...

Just wanted to know also if we can lock view in windows explorer, i want icons to always be showned as "icons" in all the folders (no more thumbnail etc... views) thanx for the lock windows sizes tricks

Start with any folder, change it to the view you want.

Then go to folder options, view tab and click apply to all folders.
