[help] How to convert clipping to .jpg/.png

Does anyone know how to do this?

I have a image clipping, and I want to convert it to a image file.

I am trying to get 1:1 with iChat on Adium (sounds weird...I know) but I can only edit the images in if they are .png or .jpg.
