And the most important thing would be, that you can make a new note by clicking on a dock-icon. Any suggestions?
The Best Stickies-like Program?
The best application for "stickies"? Microsoft Office OneNote Beta 2, at the moment... OneNote is probably the best "stickies" program that's ever been made, if you want something to give you full management features for stickies, as well as "audio stickies", "sticky replays" (as you play the audio, it gives you a run-through of other notes you took at the same time) and the like...
Roll on final release version... 
Where can we find or apply for that Beta2?
I think Beta 2 is closed to new applications, I'm afraid. Only MSDN/Technet subscribers can get the software now, or those who're register'd for the beta...
Beta 3 is rumoured to be starting somewhen in June, but I don't know any exact dates, and I don't know a release date...

OneNote sucks ass. Im testing Beta 2 and it really stinks. Its got classic MS bloat, in a STICKIES program! And its probobly going to be like $200.
I dont think theres going to be a beta 3. Origionally there wasnt, but MS just sent a "refresh" notice. I dont think its going to be an official beta 3 though.
The best program is the Post-It Notes program for the computer, by the Post-it note company. They have a free version, and its what I use, its great. It does everything a sticky should, and nothing you dont need.
AND, you can make a new sticky from the dock (thats why I use it). Theres no "official" way, but theres a newnote.exe (or something like that) that is made in the program folder, and you can just link to that. The best part is, that the program doesnt have to be running in the system tray to make a new note. So when you click the dock icon, it will also start the program, so I dont have to have more resources used just for Stickies.

Fraid not, it was only open to beta testers and Cassiel sold his PC and now lives happily with a Mac.

I'm gonna recommend Magic Notes I did in fact pay for it and i have no complaints so far tested and liked it... but i must admit im kind of dissappointed that i didn't know about the post it note program mentioned by constrasutra, i kinda wanna give it a go.

Damn, for some reason my ___ key won't work. That's why my owerbook 5300 is s_elled the way it is. Earlier, it was my T key that wasn't working... What gives? Is this some ty_e of virus that is messing with me?!?!? grrr.....
Sticky from Higher Tendencies seems pretty cool, but I have yet to try it. KMNote is a new sticky program that many people don't know about. It is very early in development so it has a lot of limitations. Get it at CJV Coding Both are free.
There is also a selection of sticky note programs at SkinBase and Skinnables

I think jed717ph is talking about my old stickies program which I release a long time ago when I was still learing how to program. It wasn't the best program :shy: HOWEVER I'm completely recoding it now and it will be better than ever, it now has ObjectBar menu support :woot: , has any level of transperancy for notes, anycolor notes/text and any style text. It's still deep in development, and I am currently busy with school and trying to finish my other app "Preview". Keep an eye out for it though. 
I've been using TurboNote+ for a long time now (Turbo Note Homepage. It's free, supports different colours, fonts, it has internet/net support, email support, alarms and you can tell notes to roll up when not in focus.
I used to use the official Post-it notes, but TurboNote is just so much better. And it doesn't have that horrific blue border that the Post-it notes have

Dude, the same thing happened to me earlier, all you have to do is find the key that doesn't work somewhere else on the page, copy it, then paste it into your post. It will work from then on
