[Help] Moving Explorer's Address bar to bottom

Hi everyone,

I did a google & forum search by did not find anything. I seemed to recall a hck or free utility that allowed you to relocate any of explorer's toolbars (ie: addressbar, links, standard buttons) to the bottom of the window (for instance, right above the status bar.)

I am asking specifically because of this program:

FolderPilot

It essentially emulates: Longhorn/err..Vista's breadCrumb address bar style of being able to click into the address path and get to that folder. It seems to work wonderfully.

However, the only problem is that it does not get skinned by VS or WB. So was hoping to place this toolbar (Addressbar enhansement/replacement) on the bottom of the explorer window (right above the status bar.) where it looks a little less intrusive.

Would anyone know how to achieve this or could give some pointers?

Can't you un lock the toolbar and drag the links toolbar down?

yea, you can unlock the toolbar and move the links toolbar, etc. around, however, only within the upper region of explorer's window (above the main window frame.) However, what I'm trying to do is place a toolbar at the very bottom of the window as per the above screenshot.
