Changing system font!

TinkerTool (free) allows you to change fonts,

whereas Silk ($10) substitutes fonts, and enables Quartz smoothing in all carbon apps.

it's worth noting, the newest version of Silk 2.1 doesn't support OS 10.2 (Jaguar)
