Remove the "Open with notepad" tweak?

Does anybody know how to remove this tweak?

It basically adds an "Open with Notepad" context menu for all extensions that dont have a default app to open with and sets it open with notepad.

The freakin' notepad icon over my file is annoying me!

Please explain how it was fixed. Your thread upto this point serves absolutely no purpose. If you have fixed the problem please state how you did it. Someone else might face this problem in the future.
