This is not "creating a theme". It's modding one without asking for permission or at least mentioning the original author. Untill you contact Bzeitler about this, i`m keeping my eye on this thread.
Next time first get permission.

Usable but the Safarifox looks very similiar to CisplaitinX...and the rest Samui except for one or two tweaks...
yes i did not do the safari skin-only the visual style and the itunes is a sasumi release modified to my taste
Is the iTunes skin included in this theme? I can't open the .rar file yet because i'm at school. If you are including the iTunes skin into this theme, I think you must have permission to do so.

You dont know who to contact? Didnt you download the Samui theme from somewhere? Look up the author - look up the porter - ask them permission.
dave double u thanks -because of the color scheme i decided to use-instead of getting compliments i got -"you copied samui blah blah i really aprreciate your words-i needed a foundation on how to learn this visual theme creation-i spent along time working on it-trying to polish it and what not..

Just saw this thread.
The Safarifox buttons are clearly lifted straight from CisplatinX without any modification. Please compare the screenshots if you have any doubts.
Perhaps you would be so kind as to ask for permission first ?
Edit : If you wanted to release the Safarifox too that is 
looks like you mixed CisplatinX by Amit and Samui by Bz ported by Duyvan82 , I see graphics and I've compared them pixel by pixel so ask permission for every skin it has elements of those themes first 
for the last time i DID NOT TOUCH SAMUI all i did was use his color scheme and i gave him credit
do people that come out with visual styles here with blueprints from other styles get all this type of vibes?
geez no theme out there is original everything is taken from an apple theme or xp
