[WIP] A 'Simple' theme

This isn't really anything having to do with Aqua stuff, but I thought you guys would like it.

I haven't finished all of the AveShell bits yet. Swapper, Shutdown and About still need graphics work and layout changes.

Litestep bits are finished. Looks great too... Litestep is now handling the 'All Programs' menu (now located in the DeskPane and removed from the Start Button) thanks to a !bang command. This will save almost a full meg from the download upon release. I must admit that while I'm nowhere NEAR an expert with Litestep, I AM getting better. The Litestep stuff was done within two hours. Oh, Litestep is now skinning it's own taskbar and systray parts in this one.

AeroShell bits (since this theme is going to be a composite one) have gotten SOME graphics work (AeroExplorer is done aside from some tightening up here and there). More will come after I finish the AveShell bits and set up all the interoperability.

Permission request e-mail has been sent to the author of the original 'Simple' winamp skin. Hope he responds within the next day or two.

AveIcons are coming along, and look (& work) great.

Like I said, it's not really much to do with Aqua.

Fear not. I plan to make SOME sort of aqua-ish/mac-ish substyle. It's been reqested already, and I think the idea is a good one.
