[Request] Help with IPB Skin

I need somebody with some HTML knowledge (alot) and some IPB knowledge to help with a skin.

Basicly, I just need some things moved around, except I have been told that one of the modifications I want to make will require you to edit index.php :slant: >> therefore PHP & CSS will come in handy.

Please be serious, I dont want a idiot (why is n0.0b starred out?) who can only make a crappy page with GIFs and scrolling text to try to help out.

Seriously, If you need it more professional , there are lot of IPB and nuke themeing sites, which can help u , step by step .

There are a lot of communities dedicated for this purpose. Posting and getting help on those communities would provide gr8 knowledge for u , though it may take time.

If its the ipb that comes with hosting, then i suggest you have a look at PHPNuke Platinum.
