[Help] Convert osx fonts to xp

I bought these two fonts, (Apex Sans Bold & Book), for my mac, I'd like to use them on my pc as well. The problem is that I'm not really a expert with pc/xp, does anyone know if there is any way to convert PostScript Type 1 fonts from mac/osx to pc/xp?

there is a program called Crossfont, and I used it once a long time ago, and it actually worked...
