[req] Text Dock Icons?

Hey guys,

I've seen some screenshots of desktops in the August thread and I saw a few people had some text icons for their dock. I dunno if that was explained well enough, but they were like abbreviations of programs like "FNDR" or something like that. So anyway, I was wondering if anyone could point me into the right direction? Thanks!
