[skin] Itunes Cappuccino Or Qcd

Thanks to Kevin of Swizcore.com for allowing me to release this.

All 9 modes that are in my iTunes 4.3b regular are included in this release.

Feel free to let me know of any issues, but I think I worked most of them out.

You have to copy the *.qsf file in the Skins folder in the QCD directory. Then you will be able to choose it in the skin browser right clicking on QCD.

actually all you have to do is to double click on the qsf file... that is if you already have qcd installed.

btw qcd is a audio player. google it.

well, with the loss of my internet for a few months p[lus the loss of an entire 40 gig hard drive and finally the release of iTunes for Windows...I'd say someone else might have to do this one.
