Who has used Paypal before?..Need help

Ok I sold my phone on ebay, and the guy paid me via my paypal account.

So on the 14th August, I had some money in my paypal account. I clicked the button that says tranfer this money into your bank account.

Then it said to me, this will take 3-5 days to process....and the status of the money to the bank account said, pending.

This morning it said completed, but then I checked my bank account online but that money hasn't gone through.

Am I supposed to still wait a few more days or something?...Because today is 16th August.

I've sent a quick email to Paypal too to ask them but was wondering if I ought to be panicking or just wait a few more days.

Timan, can i have a paypal account even if i'm from the Philippines? if not, can i redirect an account to my father who is in China right now? meaning i will signup for an account and all payment will go to him?

That I don't know, but why not just say you're in the USA or somewhere else, unless you plan to transfer money to a bank, you can actually lie where you live...

if i say im in the USA, i can't receive money/send money. I think that works that way.

That 'completed' status indicates that PayPal has completed its end of the transaction, but it's up to your bank from then on, which can take about a week

Yeah, don't worry. I've been using Paypal for all my trasactions (both paying & receiving) and never had any problems so far.
