New Powerbook!

So I finally got around to purchasing a Powerbook. It was just delivered this morning and I have to wait until 4pm EST to use it. But I'm excited.

I see so many nice desktops in the monthly desktop threads but I have a couple questions.

1. How do you apply themes in OSX? Are they built in or do you need extra software?

2. Where do you all find your OSX themes? I haven't been able to find a good site.

3. How do you change icons?

Any help would be appreciated. I could use any OSX use or modding tips. Thanks!
