And if you're asking which of the finder clones is "best," please please please don't start another one of those theads. They just wind up with a bunch of fanboys flaming each other. And besides which, there's gotta be four of them in the forum, just search a little and you can find out all about them.

Anyways, you can't really replace windows explorer.
You can use a filebrowsing app instead of it...but most are slow and they don't pay off for what you sacrifice.
I suggest the Window Blinds and Styler toolbar combo.
You will be surprised how a search goes a long way 
, so try it next time please.
