Help With Windowblinds

I just installed WB 4 and it said to go to the Display Properties then to Appearence to activate and configure Windowblinds. I restarted the computer, then went there, and I don't see anything at all that has to do with Windowblinds. I went to the Web section, and it says "Windowblinds" next to a check box, but when I check it it tells me to install and use a Skin first.

I thought WB4 was for WinXP only so far?

oh yeah *smacks head* I forgot about that, WB4 is only for XP right now.
