[request] veiwing png icons as icons or icons in thumbnails

well all i want to be able to do is look at all of my icons in an explorer....both the .ico files and .png files....maybe it could be an additional veiw profile?....like 'Thumbnail' and 'List'..etc....anyone up for the challenge?...i bet most icon fanatics want the same kinda thing.

They do.

Just click the views button on the toolbar and click Thumbnails, or View >Thumbnails, both .png and .ico will show up, however, .ico shows in poor quality.

edit: ah, might have read this wrong, now just reading that post down there (hmm no down arrow symbol).

Thanks shmengie, for sharing that utility... i remember a while back a thread started looking for exactly this... and 2 apps were suggested but they both has some limitations i seem to remember. I cant wait to check this out.

ok, this is painful... yes, the app is freeware. Seems to work nice as well... I've experienced no problems yet.

hmmm ive noticed that it doesn't support transparency for png files which is a big no no....also the quality of icons is rather low when their size is around 78*78
