Aqua-Soft Forumsi want my icons on the right side and i heard there was a program for it, but i can't find it!
can som1 please help me

Many program for that... Rk Launcher, Rocket Dock, Objectdock, Y'zDock, Avedesk (but more than a simple dock for icon)... Search for thread here with ''search the forum'' and read a little for, to see if its what you want... each dock are really simple to use 
i dont want it on a dock, i mean an aranging program that changes it from default left to right
i think he means that he wants icons to appear, for instance when downloaded to the desktop, on the right hand side of the screen downwards, rather than how windows adds to the upper left and downwards.

Why don't you just use the mouse cursor to move them to the right?? It doesn't require that much RAM. =)
Just kidding, but I'd try searching the forum for it. You might be abe to tweak windows, e.g. by using .reg.
I use avedesk for icons and I create a shortcut to my download folder for my new files so that the desk won't look messy.
If there's anything, it will be on virtualplastic.net.
I had the same idea a few months ago, but I don't think I found anything. Good luck, though.

perhaps IconX from stardock can do that, but its not free. And please if this answer not satisfy you, don't reply with that ugly big green font. You're like an orga you know?
