its pointless really - the most they could hope to succeed in doing is putting red-hat out of business. As soon as sco actually reveal what is copied, the code will be re-written anyway.

Sco can't stop linux from killing propriety unix. Its stupid to try.

Instead of fighting a pointless court case, they should be thinking about what they are going to do next.
