help finding an icon/website.

Ok, after literally hours of searching, I've decided to ask for help here. I'm searching for a site I saw sometime ago. The guy that own the site is a great artist and he does pixel art, isometric landscapes, and his work once was featured on an important magazine. He also did some french little desserts icons, as well as chocolats and such, if I recall correctly.

You all know how frustrating this could be, so if you have any idea of what I'm talking about, please HELP.

On pixelfreak, I believe it is possible to use MSPaint,

but on Hybridworks, isn't that vector *.*? If somehow that's pixel art,

I'll follow Raul's path...

Forgive me if I'm mistaken.
