the chicken must have come from somewhere.. I think

1) Either a god made the chicken first, or
2) The egg came first, from another bird or bird-like creature.

The question does not say "chicken egg;" it simply says "egg." Dinosaurs came from eggs, and it is reasonable to believe that the Dinosaur came before the chicken. Thus, the egg came first.

who knows, but it have to be the egg couse thats where the chicken came from, i don't think a bird one day wanted to be a chicken and i don't belive that a "god" made it.......

I wrote a thesis on this, it is the egg.
A proto-chicken's seed combines with a proto-chicken egg cell, this genetically mutates into an egg hatching a species that today we call chicken,
there you go question answered.
yeah, they evolved from something like a turkey (or something) and there was a mutated egg which they came from, thus the egg came first... but, it depends on if you classify that mutated egg as a chicken egg... or maybe, chickens were mutated during life as the result of some radioactive explosion or something...
DNA can't change on it's own during life, The combinations of different chromosomes which combine during fertilisation is what produces the new DNA.... atleast I think.

cancer is the spread of mutant cells in the body, yes.
Mutation during life isn't really possible though, because the bodies immune system tries to destroy the mutant cells.
What you're suggesting is that every cell (or at least a majority enough so that it doesn't die) in the chickens body suddenely mutates in exactly the same way. Probably not impossible, but how unlikely? I doubt something like that would happen unless you're talking about over some infinite time.

A: Contrary to popular belief, this age-old dilemma actually has a very straightforward solution. First, you must specify what kind of egg you mean. If you mean “any kind of egg”, then the egg came first (because chickens were preceded on the evolutionary timeline by, for example, egg-laying fish, insects and dinosaurs). If, on the other hand, you mean “a chicken egg”, then you must specify whether this means (a) “an egg laid by a chicken”, (
“an egg containing a chicken”, or © “an egg laid by and containing a chicken”. In cases (a) and ©, the answer is by definition “the chicken” (if the answer were “the egg”, then the egg could not have been laid by a chicken).
In case (, the usual and most interesting interpretation, the answer is “the egg”. This is because interspecies mutations separating a new species from its parent species occur in reproductive rather than somatic DNA, i.e. in germ cells rather than body cells. (Germ cells include the sperm and egg cells produced in the reproductive tracts of male and female animals respectively.)
