[help] Windowfx - taskbar shadow

How do i get WindowFx to add a shadow underneath the desktop taskbar?

Are you using ObjectBar? I don't believe WindowFX supports drop shadow under the taskbar or Objectbar for that matter. A good work around is to use AveDesk to create an unclickable short cut of a dropshadow and set it to be on the bottom of other apps. Or just use Yzshadow.

winfx does shadow the taskbar.. its in the options somewhere... i used it for both objectbar and the winnie taskbar. Just keep pokin around in the options. Its there. Least in the last version I had it was.

WindowFX v 1.12 doesn't skin the taskbar (which is the latest official release).

It does skin Objectbar. You could use Addshadow to achieve that result, but then you need to run another app just to make WindowFX shadow the taskbar... :slant:

The new WindowFX betas do skin the taskbar. :D

They can be downloaded from ODNT.

The beta's actually improved alot since that version.

Performance seems actually faster. Tiling rules.
