This has been asked before, try using search
If you're too lazy to do that, try going to your display properties, appearance, advanced, and you can change your icon size/spacing in there
umm..that's one hell of a question , you just became the forum idiot because you are too lazy to search the forums here , or too lazy to read how to use Windows , which is one of the easiest operating systems to use.
Don't take it personal man, but I think 5 min. of searching through the forums here won't do you any bad.
Next time search and stop beeing lazy
