[ Request ] Glassy Mac, Microsoft Office Word Icon

Does anyone know where i can get ahold of a Glassy or transparent Office Mac looking word icon?

example of what i mean below if i'm not being clear.....that icon just transparent

If you searched "Microsoft Icons" you would have probably found an answer aswell.
