[help] Changing the username text color in themepark

Can someone perhaps tell me how you change the color of the username

text thats on the finder bar in osx ?

Not sure but I saw this screeny at Resexcellence and it looks as if the owner modified his task bar alot made it transparent and changed the type to white.
