Icon problem with AveDesk 1.2

Hi, I've encountered couple problems after installed Avedesk1.2.

1. There is no avedesk icon in the system tray, but if works when I

click on the blank spot in the system tray.

2. Everytime I set the image for My Documents or Drive c: and restart Avedesk,

the image or icons are missing(see pic).

1 Go to global settings and then change the tray icon to the default one ...

2 there is no pic ^^
