I have a STRONG feeling that's Photoshopped.
Wouldn't there be distortion on the computer screen if seen through a camera lense?

In my opinion it's photoshoped.... I have worked on lot of photo touchups and the part around his neck looks a bit suspicious to me. Off course, this really isn't done by some ****ie photoshoper for sure, it's done by well practiced hand.
In second look, it even appears that someone is wearing a rubber/latex mask. That's possible too.
Anyways, Like leroykok said... it makes sense if Billy boy is testing his mac products... but then again, I don't think bill actually have time now to test things himself... I mean he too busy stealing stuff..

but regarding the image itself, i do think it looks kind of fake. there seems to be a bit of color difference between his face skin and neck skin that looks a bit abnormal. also, i thought bill had lighter hair than that. he is getting some gray after all, hes getting up there ^^.

yea.. I've seen him a couple of times at movie theatres and got into an elevator with him and his wife(?) last month... everyone hushes and starts whispering... "is that bill gates?" must be kinda awkward for him on a regular basis... i would just say **** the world, build my own friends *maybe on an iMac* and hope not to get caught in a photo when my back's turned..
