[Help]Change default visual style...

This was the most suitable thread i could think of for this question of mine:

IS it possible to set another visual style as your default instead of the normal Luna XP visual style?

I dont use the welcome screen but the Windows 2000 kind of startup in XP in which you see the Luna visual style and then when you enter, then the visual style changes to the one you have chosen..

So i was wondering if there is a way to change the default visual style of windows XP or not..

Or even REMOVING it would do... if possible... I mean i have no use for it really...

Another tip I discovered. If you use a different font in your visual style, then you'll notice that even after making this modification, the font for the 'Log On To Windows' title of the logon screen refuses to change from the default (Trebuchet MS).

If you want to change it to the one your visual style uses do this.

Download and install TweakUI from Microsoft.

Then go to Logon -> Settings -> Choose what settings you would want to export to the logon screen. In this case choose Metrics & Fonts and any others you want. I like choosing Font Smoothing and Colors as well to get a more uniform look.

Choose 'Copy Now'. You will have to RESTART to see the changes.
