Aqua-Soft ForumsI am looking for someone to collaborate on a website with me. I have many sites and having been creating icons, wallpapers, and skins now for a while. I would like to find someone with similar skills who would like to team up to make a website with those same items available for download. Whenever I create a site I get bored after a while, so hopefully this will help me, and also give other people some neat things to download. If anyone is interested please email me.

That's a nice idea, but you have to realise that there are so very many sites which already do this. I can name off the top of my head 7 reasonably large, well-established websites which already offer icons, wallpapers and skins. You're trying to get into a very crowded market. Having said that, I wish you all the best of luck, and I hope you find someone to collaborate with.

Your forgetting what the point of making things of that nature is. It isn't to be known, or be popular, or to make money...it's just to do it. Over 80% of people in america have a dog....so does that mean you should not get one?

Ariw2003, and Chad K.B. have tried doing this (I believer the latter's website was shut down b/c he ripped stuff from osx-e)...maybe you should contact them?
