[Help] Miranda Background

ok so i seem to be the worst person at skinning miranda ever but the background will not work to make it look like Adium X , once i apply the background miranda unchecks the use background option, any ideas.

Just go to TweakUi options and uncheck "disable background picture"

But if you want to make Miranda look like adium, use the clist_nicer plugin.
