I dont think you understand correctly, You can't release a theme you didn't make. Especially since it's going to be releeased by the original author.
I see you're still using Hybrid Rainbow's theme WITHOUT permission (he even told you to CHANGE IT). Now, you're distributing a mod of something not released, but rather ripped from Bzeitler. Sure, you didn't create either of them but this sh|t has to stop.

yeah he doesnt need to share/release, the fact that he is releasing a theme which will be released for windows anyways and that will be fully complete with a styler, wb, maybe a vs etc and other colors as well, and not to mention bz will release like 5/more skins to go for other apps cant wait for his, and purple doesnt look right on this theme :X

I'm not getting "extremely emotional" about a theme. I'm angry that this foreigner is so stupid that he doesnt even realize that he's doing something wrong here. He just thinks that he'll get awesome foreigner popularity out of this or something.
