[help] Desktop Icons Dont Stay Put!

i'm not sure when exactly this started, but once in a while, my desktop will refresh, and my icons that i put on the right side , move to the upper left. this always happens right before i shutdown..

and i do not have auto arrange selected, just align to grid.

does anyone have any quick remedies?

Hmmm

i had that happen before too.

From what i know there's no remedy for it since it happens at random.

I wish someone would prove me wrong though
