[help] this thing in this movie on RKlauncher

I think this time I'm on the right forum...

saw this movie and if u notice, everytime this guy opens up a new program like Excel or something it opens in the dock like it does on the mac dock. I have RKlauncher and even a newer beta of it then this guy's one but I can't get the dock to do so... any help?

enable "show new applications"

Right click on your dock, select settings then "behaviour", tick that option

did that, after I check that, all of the applications from the taskbar apear on the dock and this makes the dock very very long and ugly. I want that only when I open a new application it apears on the dock and when I close it it disapear

You have to add all those programs to the exclusions list. Just right click on their icon and click "Don't show in dock". It takes a minute but it's worth it!

BUT, all the applications that are opened that way apear not where they should but before the last icon, they should apear after it

Try moving your last icon to just before the running application icon. It worked for me.

There's a setting in the Prefs .conf file, try playing around...

newApplications = 0

newIconsPosition = -4
