that aero blog is under Creative Commons License. http://geek.tech.nu/?p=9.

The flex theme is under GPL. http://ifelse.co.uk/flex

And the skins are freely given away.

There's nothing in the readme about the logo.

Sorry, my fault...

I didn't know about the WordPress theme, only heard about the vBulletin one, and the fact you were using the Aqua-Soft logo just made me jump on the bandwagon without questioning it.

I apologise, though I do suggest coming up with a different icon (I would, as the icon is supposed to represent Aqua-Soft mre so than the WordPress theme, but I'll leave that between you and either Seph or Timan as they seem to be the only ones wh know whats going on around here).
