Aqua-soft May Crash/or Pause Y's Dock ?

I'm finding that sometimes when I launch Aqua-Soft from an icon on Y's Dock it wil either go on an endless-loop trying to launch IE and the URL leaving Ys dock frozen or it will take a very longtime to respond. I think it must be the way the server is configured that it may not respond fast enough to a webpage query. This does not happen when I launch other webpages from Ys dock. I have only noticed this in the last 3-4 days so whatever changes occurred they were recent. Is anybody else experiencing this ?

Insert an icon in your dock (ys dock,objectdock,mobydock) and link it to www.aqua-soft.org . Use that link for a week and see if you have long waits to get into Aqua-Soft on several occassions.

No, I think it's the network service. I lost network connection to the web for a few hours. Maybe it's some virus/worm/dos/ attack at some server in the area.
