[help] Finder Bar shadow

Well I've captured the attachment from PearPC, it's the shadow of the Finder bar (or is it called menu bar?). I want to make a fake shadow for ObjectBar from it.

Could anyone here make a PNG that the attachment is it's alpha channel?

For some reason Photoshop doesn't save PNGs with alpha transparency for me.

Finally I found out how to do it.

It appears that it works only when applying a layer mask to make the semi-transparency, not creating an alpha channel.
