Hmm ... the bmp is from a vector by Lou as far as I can remember ... audio and control panel overlays seem to be from Elements afaik.
While the preview is indeed quite nice, please obtain permissions to avoid problems when you do release. Not knowing where the originals came from does not count as an excuse in most cases.
I'm sorry if I sound a little harsh there; I have no intentions of being nasty ! Just a friendly reminder that's all 
As much as i apreciate your contribution, i do find it arrogant asking for people to contact you about giving permission to use their work.
Make sure you get permission for ALL images you didn`t make before releasing this.
