what the... you are running it at 1600x1200 ??? Good God..
1st: I think it isn't optimized for 1024x768 but no one has made a png file in this theme thats 1600 (width) sooo i guess thats why the status bar overlaps
2nd: tabextension mod should fix that. just need to select the options stated in the place you got it from on Aqua-soft.org
3rd: not overlapping again. its the bottom of the tab. you need compact menu to remove the menu bar. then move the navigation bar buttons to the top link. refer to any safarifox screenshot to get what i mean.
4th: you can remove that later from tab menu option in tabextension. make the closebox active for all tabs. works better.

but in the customize-toolbar dialog they show up :slant:
this also happens with some other buttons like mail & print

The Problem is that the statusbar is just one graphic in this theme. It should be two seperate ones: The bar itself and the resizer.
This is obvious when you run this theme in full-screen mode:
In normal Firefox Themes, the resizer disappears (functionally and graphicly), but here it stays even in fullscreen mode (although not having any functinonality).
Another problem are the misplaced vertical lines which appear on the tabs when many tabs are open.
Honestly I think this theme is too frustrating and requires too much crap to get working correctly.
I'll wait for an alternate skin/never use this =/
