[request] OS X combobox resources

Can someone make me some resources?

I need the combobox alphablended, thus as a png.

I need the combobox menu:

- top image (including shadow)

- mid section (including shadow) which will be repeated for every item

- bottom image (including shadow)

- the check-sign before the selected item
