[Ann] RocketDock 1.1.0 Beta 1 Released

This version of RocketDock marks a milestone in development. RocketDock now runs faster and smoother than ever. Some new features have been added, and countless bugs have been fixed. What we are most proud of, however, is the full Unicode support which will allow us to translate RD into any language. If you would like to contribute, read the instructions in the "Languages" directory on how to create a new translation.
