iTunes Phone in iTunes...

Most of you probably have heard about how bits of text and other stuff conserning a phone were found in the latest version of iTunes... But I was a little curious if that was true... looks like it is, heres a screenshot of a dialog which i found in iTunes 4.9

There is nothing general about iTunes. This belongs in Cross-Platform Software and you know it.
