[help] Safarifox text shadow

In the modded TBE for Safarifox, there is a white text shadow in each of the tabs. My question is, is there a way to achieve the same type of white shadowing for the text displayed in the Bookmark Toolbar? I've tried editing userchrome.css with some CSS code but it didn't seem to work.
