I like it. It's very clean and it's beautiful. I would suggest that the icons beside the logoff and shutdown buttons be a little bigger, though. Plus, I don't see any problem with the Aero style. I switch between Aqua and Aero quite a bit, depending on what I like at the time. Good job!

maybe if you did the black buttons in a different color otherwise it's cool
