Hi,

DO Virtual PC 2004 run with Win XP "Family" ?

I think it's a good idea :)

Thanks You

Even VMWare would do the trick I think.

What the hell are you talking about?

You want to "Emule" an OS that's non existing (not even in a beta) even though the existing alpha would run nativly on your system?

And don`t make up tags. This is a [help] thread.

To answer the question....

Yes, you can run Windows Longhorn in Virtual PC 2004 on a WIndows XP system.

You can also run it under VMWare 4.x or higher as well.

As for obtaining Longhorn, you have to be an MSDN subscriber, although M$ has currently pulled all version.

M$ has currently suspended all downloads of Longhorn from MSDN until the beta 1 release.

Do not ask for it here.
