Just to confirm... Apple legal sent them a very lovely C&D letter/email this morning.

I have not recieved a copy of it, and I doubt I will, but I did recieve confirmation that action has been taken.

Thought I would let people know that I forwarded this on to Stardock also as I can tell that the screenshot looks to be using objectbar and possibly objectdock and desktopx.

Since it also looks to be using danimators ichat skin, that probably means it uses trillian, so they should be contacted also.

Also konfab. should notifed also.
