[Release] Miranda IM icon

I haven't seen a whole lot of these around of course I haven't done a whole lot of looking either.

It's a strange size and might need to be resized slightly to look ok in a dock.

You may download the .ico file here but it won't size any higher than 96x96px.

Sorry for having such a weird size, hopefully someone can find a use for it.
