crni's OBthemes: how to add iTunes controller

is there a way (or program maybe) to link the iTunes music player controls in crni's OBthemes to other apps say example AveDesk or Konfabulator? Because when i checked the settings for it, I think it must be linked to Samurize with foobar control or something like that. I don't use Samurize since i'm trying to avoid tiring familiarization again, so please share your thoughts and for those who are willing to help, thank you very much.

PS: just so you know, i don't use them keyboards with player controls in 'em.

They are just exe shortcuts, so you can do anything you want with them. Is there a specific function you want?

I use the controls with Foobar2000 because it has a commandline interface that you can use. (Example: C:Audiofoobar2000foobar2000.exe /playpause). Does Itunes use commands like that? If not then I would assume you would need to use a 3rd party application.

localhost released iTunes Remote exe's a while ago, here. If those don't work for you, try these scripts.

i want the controls on the right-top of crni's OBthemes to be embedded to iTunes. so i can just click them and i can change songs, stop songs etc. i think it was linked to Samurize, yet i don't want to use Samurize app.

I know this thread is old, but I'm glad I found it. I could never figure out how to get my objectbar to control itunes.
