How to disable the windows menu bar?

Sorry if I've put the wrong topic. In fact, there is 1 question which troubling me a lot . Here's what I meant:

Since the Finder Bar has already provided the option for the menu bar for each windows applications like File, Edit, View, Go, etc... I'm wondering is there any kind of ways to disable/hide or get rid of the annoying menu bar for each windows applications? I don't want double menu bar in my computer :confused:

ObjectBar does it and for the Explorer and Outlook Express you can use a registry value to remove the menu bars but i dont know which

In Objectbar in the Theme Editor Window -> File -> General Options -> Check Hide menus of applications... and hide movable menus...

You can also hide the menus with this free app:

...and with the attached regedit tweaks. (only for explorer)
