Help finding some things

i was wondering 1st on a pc how can u make the info for the desktop icons be on the left of the icon instead of below? 1nd how do u change the font on that text and 3rd doesn anoyone have a link that that background?

1.You can get the text on the left or right or bottom etc and you can change the font by using Avedesk:
